''Kings of Chaos'' is a strategy game; the player controls an army of their race. In the game, players can purchase different items, train troops, form alliances and recruit new players.
== Gameplay ==
Each new game in ''Kings of Chaos'' is called an ''Age''. At the end of each Age, a new one starts: all player information is reset and the game starts again from the beginning. Ages usually last for approximately 10–12 months, with some ages lasting longer than 1 year. ''Kings of Chaos'' is in the 18th Age as of December 2014.
